Cancellation and Refund Policy
At the Chicago Institute of Hypnosis and Coaching, we believe in maintaining a transparent Cancellation and Refund Policy. We understand that students may need to cancel or defer their enrollment, so we provide clear guidelines for refunds and course withdrawals.
📌 This policy applies to all students enrolled in our NGH Hypnosis and ICF Coaching Certification programs.
1. Canceling Your Enrollment Before the Course Begins
- Students who cancel their enrollment at least 5 business days before the course start date will receive a full refund.
- We process refunds within 5 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at volimerec@gmail.com.
📌 For example, if you register for an NGH Hypnosis course but realize you cannot attend, you can cancel before the deadline and get a full refund.
2. Refund Policy After Course Start
- Once the course begins, tuition fees become non-refundable.
- If you decide to withdraw after the course starts, no refund will be issued.
- However, in some cases, we may offer partial credit for future courses.
📌 If you cannot complete the course due to unforeseen circumstances, we encourage you to contact us to explore possible credit options.
3. Withdrawing from a Course or Transferring Tuition
- If you are unable to attend, you may defer enrollment or transfer tuition to a future session.
- Please submit your request in writing to volimerec@gmail.com at least 5 business days before the course starts.
- The administration reviews all requests before granting approval.
📌 For example, if you registered for an ICF Coaching Certification but need to delay your training, you can transfer your tuition to a later session.
4. Force Majeure Clause
- We do not provide refunds for cancellations caused by natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
- However, if a course is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, we may offer alternative learning options.
