At Chicago University of Hypnosis and Psychology (CUH&P), we are committed to providing clear and transparent policies regarding cancellations and refunds. Please review the details of our policy below:


1. Cancellation Prior to Course Start Date

  • Students may cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund if written notice is provided at least 5 business days before the course start date.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the written cancellation request.

2. Cancellation After the Course Has Begun

  • Tuition payments are non-refundable once the course has started.
  • This policy reflects our commitment to reserving limited spots and delivering course materials upon enrollment.

3. Program Withdrawal

  • If a student withdraws from the program after the start date, no refund will be issued.
  • In some cases, partial credit for completed modules may be provided at the institution’s discretion.

4. Deferred Enrollment or Tuition Transfer

  • Students may request to defer their enrollment or transfer their tuition to a future course date.
  • All requests must be submitted in writing to volimerec@gmail.com and are subject to approval.

5. Force Majeure Clause

  • Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond the institution’s control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government mandates.
