A minimum of 62 hours of real-world practice out of 165 hours of live online training.

Module 1: Coaching Mindset and Working with Client Requests

Workshop / 2 hours: Speed dating on Competency #3. A unique practical activity where students work in pairs, changing partners under the trainer’s supervision to practice the skill of defining the goal/contract for a coaching session.
Workshop / 2 hours: Competency #4: Establishes and maintains trust and safety. Case analysis for demonstrating competency #4.

Workshop / 2 hours: Competency #7: Awakens awareness. Focus on direct communication in the session.
Demo Session / 2 hours: Instructor conducts a coaching session with one of the students and analyzes it. Focus on competency #7 and direct communication.
Triad for written feedback / 2 hours: Each student acts as a coach and receives written feedback from an observer coach who holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation according to ICF standards.
Workshop / 2 hours: Competency #8: Facilitates client growth. Focus on developing client awareness.
Practice with an observer coach (PCC/ACC) / 2 hours: Each student acts as a coach and receives developmental feedback in real-time via Zoom from an observer coach who holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation according to ICF standards.

Module 4: The First Step in Coach Professionalism Development

Students can attend live lectures on Zoom with translation into Russian from international coaches of the highest level of accreditation – Master Certified Coach ICF. All lectures are recorded and uploaded to the personal account. They can be reviewed at any time if you are unable to attend in person.

– Workshop / 2 hours: Enhancing proficiency in Competency #3: Creates and maintains agreements. In-depth study of contracting in a coaching session.
– Speed dating / 2 hours: A unique practical activity where students work in pairs with partner rotation under the guidance of a trainer to practice the skill of defining goals/contracts for coaching sessions.
– Workshop / 2 hours: Enhancing proficiency in Competency #4: Establishes and maintains trust and safety. Case analysis to demonstrate Competency #4.
– Group mentoring / 2 hours: Conducted in groups of no more than 10 people with mentors who are Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level coaches. During mentoring, a coaching session is analyzed involving all group participants.
– Workshop / 2 hours: Enhancing proficiency in Competency #5: Maintains presence.
– Observed coaching sessions in the general group / 2 hours: One student plays the role of the coach, and the other plays the role of the client. Afterward, the session is analyzed by a trainer – a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) according to ICF standards.
– Workshop / 2 hours: Fundamentals of working in long-term contracts. Focus on working with clients in contracts lasting 3 months or longer.
– Triad for written feedback / 2 hours: Each student takes on the role of the coach and receives written feedback from an observer-coach who holds Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation according to ICF standards.
– Observed coaching sessions in the general group / 2 hours: One student plays the role of the coach, and the other plays the role of the client. Afterward, the session is analyzed by a trainer – a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) according to ICF standards.

– MCC Lecture / 2 hours: The first of three mandatory live lectures by a Master Certified Coach (MCC) – the highest level of international coaching accreditation, in addition to 17 additional lectures with free attendance. Translation into Russian is provided.
